These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the seller and customers via the webshop.
A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.
2 Products
The webshop offers artworks, prints, books, clothing, and related artistic products created by the artist Niklas Block. All products displayed in the webshop represent a non-binding invitation to place an order. Due to the artistic nature of the products, slight variations in color, material, or print appearance may occur. Limited edition artworks may be available only in small quantities.
3 Conclusion of Contract
Customers may select products from the webshop and add them to their shopping cart. By clicking the button “Buy now” / “Place order”, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart. After receiving the order, the customer will receive an automated confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or ships the product.
4 Prices & Payment
All prices displayed in the webshop are final prices including applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process. Accepted payment methods may include:

5 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Germany. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and product availability.

- International: depending on destination
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller by email or written statement. Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after withdrawal.

The seller is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. The limitation of liability does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

11. Applicable Law
